HCG Series Gyratory Crusher is a new type of high-efficiency coarse crushing equipment independently developed by FTM Group based on the introduction of advanced technology from Europe and the United States and the development needs of modern industry, aiming at the specific needs of large equipment in the global market.
The equipment adopts international advanced technology manufacturing, the overall performance is in the leading position in the industry, mainly used for the primary crushing of materials, can process the high, medium hardness of various materials, has been successfully used in metal mines, aggregate mines, large engineering construction field of many industries.
This series of models can meet the configuration requirements of crushing system with processing capacity of 2000-10000t/h.
Standard displacement sensor, can directly display the position of the spindle, hydraulic cylinder automatic pressure adjustment dis- charge port to compensate liner wear, ensure stable particle size,improve productivity.
The crushing chamber with large inclination angle and long crushing surface enable the crusher to have super high crushing capacity. The super large crushing chamber is easy to crush stones, which improves the crushing efficiency and maximizes the service life of the lining plate.
The rotary crusher operates by the rotary motion generated by the eccentric arrangement of the main shaft. The material is fed into the top of the crusher and is crushed between the crushing chamber and concave as it travels downward.
Then, the material is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the discharge granularity. Qualified material is discharged from the bottom opening.
If unbreakable materials such as iron pieces enter the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder will lower the moving cone to release the iron pieces, and the crushing process will not stop.
